Scripture: Jude 20, "But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit."
The following are the three ways to build up your faith in God;
BUILD UP YOUR FAITH IN THE WORD OF GOD
The power of a built up faith is real. That’s why satan and his hosts of darkness continue to fight to make sure you don't give attention to build up your faith. Because they are afraid that when your faith is well developed, it will slam serious victory against their evil works. The enemies are afraid of believers who absolutely put their faith in God.
When your faith rises to the occasion of the challenges that satan brings your way, you can defeat all of his attacks—whether on personal, relational, economic, financial, medical, social, psychological, corporate, national or global levels.
The hosts of darkness know the power of the believers' faith in God and when we exercise faith against their works. Particularly, when we learn to walk by faith and not by sight, we become dangerous to their kingdom. Through our faith we conquer their powers and destroy their firm grip on the lives of people. We depopulate hell and repopulate God's Kingdom.
One important way to build up your faith is by getting deeply into the WORD of God. Romans 10:17 says, "So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the WORD of God". We live in the days when the enemy works very hard to substitute the truth of God's WORD with high sounding speeches and fancy talks that contradict the values and principles of God. Majorly, to distract people from the truth of God's WORD that will set them free.
Anything outside of the revelation of the WORD of God cannot equip you against the onslaught of satan in these last days. Particularly, his attack against the souls of men. It is only the WORD of God that equips us with the faith that can move mountains and defeat the enemy every time.
BUILD UP YOUR FAITH THROUGH
CORPORATE FELLOWSHIP OF BELIEVERS
Another way to build up your faith is to spend time with people who believe in the WORD of God. Right now, many people are professors of the WORD of God, but few are practitioners of faith in the WORD of God. Because the words that they profess don't really represent CHRIST. Oftentimes, it reflects their emotions, personal opinion and unguarded action.
God's truths are parallel and balance. For God's WORD to bring about the change He designed for us, it must represent both the Person of CHRIST, the Principles of the WORD of God and the Power of God. It is in the atmosphere of the truth of the WORD that God increases our faith and enforces our freedom and victory.
God causes our faith to grow when we are in the fellowship of believers. He uses the corporate anointing of believers to awaken our faith in Him and prepare us for great exploits in the world.
Hebrews 10:25 says we should not forsake the assembling of ourselves together as the manner of some is. Proverbs 27:17 also records, "Iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens another."
If we're going to be used by God to impact the world and walk in unprecedented dominion and victory, the corporate grace and anointing are required. God commands His blessings on His people when they are gathered in unity. (Psalms 133)
The devil is working really hard to make sure that believers live independent of each other. Although our relationship with God is personal, it is never private. What satan and his allies want to do is to close every opportunity for believers to gather and fellowship. For instance, in the global crisis of the pandemic, they prefer social gatherings of people than the spiritual gatherings of the children of God. Hence, they advocate that places of worship should be shut down.
Notwithstanding what the enemy is doing in the world, God is doing great works amongst His people. He is causing a stirring up of our faith to take place through the corporate anointing and prayers of believers. The remnant of God's people are gathering still with other faith-filled believers (in a safe and sane atmosphere) to experience spiritual awakening of their faith and for God to use them to do "great exploits" in the world.
In the place of spiritual corporate fellowship, we hear the WORD of God and get our faith built up. We also experience demonstration of God's power and revelation of His glory. God pours out His anointing on us in greater measure than we've ever seen and confirms His WORD that we preach and teach with miracles, signs and wonders following!
BUILD UP YOUR FAITH THROUGH HEARTFELT
AND PERSISTENT PRAYING
Finally, our faith is built up through consecrated and concentrated prayers. This isn't just about praying sporadically, but to pray consistently. Regularly spending time with God through prayers of dedication, consecration, submission and petition.
If you already have a routine to prayers, go the extra mile by giving God quality time also. Don't just have a "little talk with JESUS", but agonize in prayers of intercession, prophetic decrees and declarations (through speaking in tongues) and thanksgiving.
James 5:15 says, "The heartfelt and persistent prayer of a righteous man (believer) can accomplish much when put into action and made effective by God—it is dynamic and can have tremendous power. (Amplified version)
Determine today that you will build up your faith in God to do exploits for Him in the world. Make up your mind you won’t miss out in the provisions that God has made for your faith to grow exponentially through His WORD, through the corporate fellowship of believers and through your heartfelt and persistent praying!

SPIRITUAL PRAYING
The Pivotal key to winning in the realm of the Spirit
Scriptures: Romans 8:26, Jude 1:20
SPIRITUAL PRAYING is an indispensable part of our Christian walk.
The Scriptures gives us a very clear injunction concerning prayer; it says, "men ought always to pray and not to faint” (Luke 18:1).
This passage of the Scriptures was given in relation to the persistence of a widow who was bent on receiving justice where she had suffered oppression. Her story further shows that everyone who is oppressed, afflicted or bound by addiction can experience freedom when they persist in prayers.
When you engage in spiritual praying, God will release His power in your situation. You will be empowered to overcome all temptations, trials, troubles, tribulations, frustration, inhibitions and limitations.
No believer is greater than his prayer life. Those who fail in spiritual praying will fail in everything, because praying by the SPIRIT of God gives us ability to connect with the will, plans, promises, provisions and purposes of God.
No child of God lives wrong when he has prayed right. The problem that most people have is not whether they do or do not pray, but if they are praying right.
James 4:2-3 states that the reason we do not receive answers to our prayers when we pray is because we pray wrong (amiss).
Here is what it reads in the King James version:
"Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts".
What the WORD of God is teaching here is that we must ensure our desires in prayers are not focused on improper objects, or imbued with improper motives. We should not build our prayer life on greed or covetousness, but on the desire to glorify God through the things He gives us.
Also, when we pray, we should aim to bless others with our blessings and not just pamper our cravings.
Dangers of Improper Praying: The consequences of improper objectives and improper motives in prayers are these:
* We substitute passion for fashion.
* We replace God’s Glory with glamour.
* We focus on our methods more than the message of God.
* We give more time to organizing than agonizing in prayer.
Why we should engage in Spiritual Praying
It is only in when we pray by the leading of the SPIRIT of God we can actually defeat all the schemes of satan and his allies.
Note: Spiritual Praying does not depend on ritual, but it depends solely on relationship with God. It is built on the foundation of intimate and growing relationship with the Person of the HOLY SPIRIT. Men who are intimate with God cannot be intimidated by satan or demons.
Spiritual Praying also means that we pray in faith. God designed prayer to help us access His intimate treasures in Heaven, and by faith we draw them into the earth realm. Also, God established the prayer system to help us express our love to Him and have intimate conversation with Him as our Beloved FATHER.
Prayer, apart from fellowship with God, is a mere ritual. Spiritual Praying is more than just talking to God; but it is the art of communing and connecting with God.
When we pray according to the leading of the HOLY SPIRIT, we are able to cross the bridge that connects our humanity with God's Divinity, the bridge that links our weakness to His strength and makes our needs to experience His supernatural supplies and provisions.
According to E. M Bounds, “Prayer is no fitful, short lived thing. It is no voice crying unheard and unheeded in silence. It is a voice which goes into God’s ear, and it lives as long as God’s ear is open to holy pleas, and as long as God’s heart is open to holy things".
"The lips that utter prayer may die, but their prayers continue to live before God and His heart is set on them. Thus, prayers will outlive the lives of those who uttered them; outlive a generation, outlive an age and outlive the world.”
The Scripture in James 5:16 corroborates the statements of E. M Bound, when it states that our prayers can make tremendous power available when we do it in the Spirit - when we pray in the strength of the HOLY SPIRIT.
When we engage in Spiritual Praying, we have access to the fullness of God’s blessings, through faith. James 5:16, reading from the Amplified Bible records:
"The earnest, heartfelt, continued prayer of a righteous person makes tremendous power available— dynamic in its working." (Emphasis added)
* It's More Than A Little Talk
The description of effectual praying in the above Scripture, is different from what some people tag as, "a little talk with JESUS."
Speaking briefly with the LORD is good with certain kinds of prayer, such as Prayer of Salvation or Supplication, but when you need to engage in real Spiritual Praying such as Prayer of intercession or Prayer of deliverance, you will need to do more than a little talk. You will need to pray until change happens or you receive a witness of peace in your heart that God has heard you.
When standing in the gap for other people or you're praying for yourself to experience change, you will need to tarry long in prayers, like Jacob in the Scriptures, until you have an encounter with the Power of God.
Spiritual Praying requires that you don't give up believing God because of trials, temptation and tests, but you continue to trust Him, even when you experience delays to the answers, because with God, delay does not mean denial.
Lastly, Spiritual Praying helps us to obtain strength from God to believe Him for even greater things, and overcome the temptation to quit trusting God's Promises to us. Especially when we pray not only to be heard, but also to hear from God.

POPULATING GOD'S KINGDOM
AND DEPOPULATING HELL
PRIOR TO THE FALL OF ADAM, this world was Heaven on earth. The Scriptures describe it as a garden (Eden). Man was the crown of God's creation and the reflection of His glory on the earth. Man occupied the earth as the administrator and ruler of the world, because God gave him dominion over all his works. He ruled the earth according God's design and all of God's creation was subjected to him. However, man lost all his rights and privileges to sin and rebellion against God. Because of man's disobedience, the earth that was a garden became a wilderness.
Sin is the reason God's glory was taken from man. (Romans 3:23) He became an "ichabod" (the glory is departed). He could no longer relate to the glory of God's Presence, Peace, Purity, Purpose, Power and Provisions. The earth that once yielded its fruits abundantly for man's subsistence became hard and difficult. Through much toiling he eats from the fruits of the ground. Man couldn't submit any longer to the counsel and will of God, rather he is subjected to sin and satan.
All of mankind became hell-like in their disposition and earth-ward in their living, instead of being God-like and living Heaven-ward. Sin and satan became their master and rulers of the world system. Still, God is determined to get His earth back from sin and satan, who came to steal, kill and destroy man and everything He created (John 10:9), and EVANGELISM is the tool He has chosen to win man and the world back to Himself.
Evangelizing is reaching more people in more places with the Message of God's Love and Grace. How God loves the world so much, He gave His one and only Son, so that whoever believes in Him will not perish, but everlasting life. (John 3:16)
Winning man back to God is that simple; preaching the Message of the Cross, how God's Son - the LORD JESUS CHRIST died for our sins so we can receive redemption and forgiveness from God, (Ephesians 1:7) and He rose from the dead to give us justification. (Romans 10:10).
It seems like evangelizing the world to populate God's Kingdom and depopulate hell is easier for some believers in CHRIST than for others.
Those who do little or nothing about evangelizing the unsaved and unreached people in the world marvel at those who commit themselves to the cause of God's Kingdom. They wonder how they are able to witness to the people they come across. On the other hand, they also consider evangelizing the world as if it were no big deal, so they find it difficult to share the message of Salvation in CHRIST even to those who are close to them.
Many other believers who were involved in evangelizing the unsaved people in the past are backing out of their commitment to witnessing for CHRIST by claiming it's not their calling or they don't have the gift of soul winning.
The truth is—evangelizing the unsaved people in the world doesn't require a special gift outside of the gift of Salvation, which you received when you became a believer in CHRIST and the gift of the HOLY SPIRIT, His indwelling presence that comes with the new birth.
Soul winning isn’t about a gifting, but it’s God's calling and mandate for every believer. It's the Great Commission (Evangelism) that we all must get involved in, to obey God's Great Commandment (Love).
Much of what we do in Evangelizing the unsaved requires the help of the HOLY SPIRIT. He is the One Who reveals JESUS to the unsaved people by convicting them of sin, righteousness and judgment (John 16:7-11). All we need to do is to step out in faith and do what the LORD asked us to do, "...Go into all the world and make disciples of all nations..." (Matthew 28:19-20).
Here is an opportunity for you to commit yourself to evangelizing by committing yourself to God through prayers:
Heavenly FATHER, I thank You for saving me from sin and satan through the sacrifice that the LORD JESUS did on the Cross. I thank You that I am saved to serve You, to bring Your salvation, deliverance, healing and victory in the world. I decide today, to give myself wholly to share the blessings of Salvation to everyone within my sphere of influence.
I will no longer keep this great blessing from You to myself. I receive the Power of the HOLY SPIRIT to share the Gospel of the LORD JESUS with the world.
Since You have called me to go into all the world and preach the good news of Your Son, the LORD JESUS CHRIST. I make a commitment to honor You and obey Your call. In the name of the LORD JESUS I receive grace and boldness to be effective in soul winner. Henceforth, I refuse to be intimidated by persecution, rejection or ridicule from those who do not accept Your WORD. I declare in faith that I am strong in the LORD and the power of His might. I am strong in the grace that's in CHRIST. I will share the message of God's love with boldness and without fear, with others.
I ask that You make my tongue like the pen of a ready writer—that I may speak a word season to those who are weary. Cause me to speak the right words to the right people, at the right time and in the right place. O God, You know the heart of everyone, help me to reach them at the points of their needs. Use me to give answers to their questions and solutions to their problems through the Power of the HOLY SPIRIT, in JESUS name.
Thank You LORD for answering our prayers right now, in JESUS Precious name. Amen.

FINDING FREEDOM IN CHRIST
"IT IS FOR FREEDOM THAT CHRIST CAME TO SET US FREE..."
- Galatians 5:1
Scriptures: John 8:34-36
“JESUS answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever. Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed” (NKJV).
Freedom in CHRIST is not synonymous with personal independence — the ability to make our own decisions and choose our own path in life, it is not about doing whatever we want, whenever we want. It is about completely trusting God's plan and provisions for our freedom in CHRIST and receive them by faith.
This is the freedom that the LORD JESUS promised us when He said, “If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." (John 8:36) He was not setting us free to do whatever we wanted; but He set us free to do what God wants, which we couldn't carry out because of the limitations of sin and the flesh. His redemptive work liberated us to have an intimate relationship with God, to be conformed to His image and to fulfill His purpose on the Earth — Freedom in CHRIST gives us the ability to obey God and choose His will for our lives.
It was sin, satan and the flesh that hindered us from achieving obedience to God. Because we were slaves to sin, we could not carry out the will and purpose of God. (John 8:34). Freedom in CHRIST removes us from the influence and control of our human propensity to sin against God, and to be selfish in our relationship with people. We receive this kind of freedom when we surrender our lives to the LORD JESUS. When we accept everything He did to redeem us and make us God's children. When we surrender to CHRIST, He conquers our self-will and make us willing to obey God's WORD.
As we submit to CHRIST, the dominion and power of sin is broken, our sinful habits, negative thoughts and bad attitudes no long control us. The LORD JESUS CHRIST removes from us condemnation, guilt and judgement, and replace them with peace, righteousness and joy in the HOLY SPIRIT. Living according to the WORD of God is our "NEW NORMAL". It's the new and living way.

Freedom Life Class (FLC) is an exciting, educating, equipping and empowering program that helps believers to learn and/or relearn the fundamentals of their faith in God, deepen their relationship with CHRIST and lead them unto maturity in their walk with God. We accomplish these through the 6 parts and 3 modules interactive Bible teaching sessions.
The topics are based on the Freedom Life Class Manuals, which are foundational resources for the course. Participants are encouraged to be decisive, determined and diligent in going through the learning process to fully grasp the fundamentals of their Christian faith.

Most of us struggle with leading a well-balanced Christian life because we don't stay with the simple truth of the Gospel of CHRIST.
THE WELL-BALANCED CHRISTIAN LIFE
A well-balanced Christian experience is vital for our walk with God. This includes a daily devotion of Prayers, Bible study, Meditation on the Scriptures, Renewing of our minds, Lifestyle of Evangelism and Soul winning, Regular corporate worship with people who believe in CHRIST like we do.
Most of us struggle with leading a well-balanced Christian life because we don't stay with the simple truth of the Gospel of CHRIST. We seek the spectacular and supernatural rather than God Who is Spirit. (John 4:24) However, we need to have a balanced spiritual experience to be sure of eternity with CHRIST and victory over satan on the earth.
Factors for having a Well-balanced Christian life
To have a spiritually healthy life, you should consider the following;
1. Regularly study the Scriptures.
2. Have a Scripturally healthy relationship with people who are outside of the faith.
3. Limit your conduct and conversation with the secular world to what edifies your spirit man, develop your mind, educate you about the state of things in the world and glorifies God.
4. Get enough time to pray, especially in the Spirit through speaking in tongues. It will make you sensitive to the nudging and leading of the HOLY SPIRIT. (Romans 8:14)
5. Spend more time with people of the faith to sharpen your spiritual sensitivity to God and discernment against the flesh (carnality), sensuality (that is yielding to the un-renewed mind) and the activities of devils and demonic spirits (seducing spirits and doctrines of demons).
NOTE: An overload of the flesh against our spirit will certainly be harmful to our relationship and fellowship with God.
As believers in CHRIST, we can set healthy and realistic boundaries between our Spiritual life and secular relationships. Also, we should set goals for our Christian walk regularly, yet provide some downtime for our social and physical life. (By setting out time for our health, family relationships, social life and career building).
NB: Get to know some things about many things in the world and everything you can about God and His WORD.
Traits of a well-balanced Christian living:
The traits must reflect the nature of CHRIST and make Him attractive to the world. Here are some of them;
1. Fruits of the Spirit. (See Galatians 5:22-23)
2. Gifts of the HOLY SPIRIT. (See 1Corinthians 12:7-11)
3 Fruits of soul winning as stated in John 15:1-10, Matthew 28:18-20
4. Fruits of our lips. They are expressed through worship and confession of our faith in God's WORD.
5. Getting involved in a local church, home fellowship and/or Ministry groups. (Hebrews 10:25)
6. Effectiveness in your service to God.
7. Getting involved in other activities that will help your life's journey. Such as,
a. Setting good and achievable goals.
b. Having a positive mindset.
c. Be eager to learn from other people on matters that bother on life in general.
d. Eat healthily and engage in fun activities and regular exercise.
e. Maintain cordial relationships with friends and family.
Benefits of a well-balanced Christian life
1. Sense of joy and peace with God
2. Victory over temptations, tests and trials.
3. Reduced stress from the secular world, by not engaging in their "rat race".
4. Improved general health and well-being.
5. Increased financial capacity as you develop yourself in your calling and/or career.
6. Emotional balance and intelligence.
7. Spiritual alertness and soundness through the knowledge of the Scriptures and intimacy with the HOLY SPIRIT.

FACING AND FALLING
THE GIANTS
CONQUERING THE ENEMIES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
Scriptures: Psalms 60:11-12
"Give us help from trouble, For the help of man is useless. Through our God we will do valiantly, For it is He who shall tread down our enemies". (PSALMS 6:11-12) NKJV
Are you faced with problems in your life that seem insurmountable? Do you desire to move the mountains that stand between you and the fulfillment of God's promises to you? Are you bound by limitations that you cannot fulfill your dreams, goals and aspirations?
Whatever your problems are, God's WORD to you is freedom and victory through CHRIST. Your mountains will move. Your challenges will be overcome and the chain of limitations in your life will be broken and destroyed in the name of the LORD JESUS.
Yes, your victory is not without a fight. But, it is called the good fight of faith. (1Timothy 6:12) David fought the fight of faith against Goliath and win the victory in the name of the LORD, also. He said to the champion of the Philistines, "I come to you in the name of the LORD of hosts, whose army you defiled". (1Samuel 17:45)
As a believer in CHRIST, your freedom from depression, compression, oppression and suppression, and your victory over all the works of the enemy will come only in the name of the LORD JESUS. He is the name above all names. He is our all time conqueror. He conquered sin, satan and death, and He reigns forever more.
Whatever problem you’re faced with, whether financial hardship, marriage and family failure, sickness and disease, loss of job or business, life's tragedy and calamity, attitude flaws and addiction. Whatever it is that you are going through, God wants you to focus less on the problems and set your eyes on Him. See Him walk you through your challenges and give you victory in the end. He has never failed before, and He won't start with your situation.
God wants you to see the opportunity He is creating for you through the adversity. Goliath was once a problem, but God used the occasion to bring David to limelight among his people and to prepare him for the throne. The challenge of Goliath was David's opportunity for promotion.
Like David, get ready to slay your Goliath in the name of JESUS. Do what David did, he faced the giant headlong. He didn't run from the problem, but He ran to God and then confronted the problem. He said, "through our God we would do valiantly, He is the One Who defeats our enemy".
Speak boldly by faith in the promises of God. Let your problems know that you have a very BIG God, Who is always by your side. He said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you, so you can boldly say, "the LORD is my helper, I will not be afraid what anyone can do to me". (Hebrews 13:5-6)
God is a covenant keeping God. He will move your mountains. He will cause the giants facing you to fall down flat before you. He will cause the problem in your life that continues to terrify you to become a thing of the past in the name of the LORD JESUS.
Prayers:
Heavenly FATHER, I thank You for your WORD. I give You all the Glory that you are my mountain mover, giant slayer and problems solver. I completely put my trust in You and I make bold to declare that through Your Grace and Power, I triumph over every Goliath that constitutes problem in my life and subdue every giant facing me now in the name of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. Amen.
