TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS

Transformational leaders know how to effect changes in their sphere of influence, especially among their peers and subordinates. Whether they are leading in spiritual, secular or social settings, their decisions and actions are based on Scriptural values, the guidance of the HOLY SPIRIT, holistic Structures, Godly Strategies and continuous  Systems.  Transformative leaders work with integrity and skills. Most importantly, they use their competence and character to support their vision and mission, and ensure the growth and well-being of all. (See Psalms 78:72)

TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS

Transformational leadership is not based on status or position, but on conscientious and dedicated service. It is not adherence to the status quo but breaking barriers, breaking new grounds, and breaking forth to change lives for good.

Transformational leadership is not a task for those who only seek gain, but it is an assignment for those who are ready to go through pain, if so required, to achieve the ultimate goal of making a difference in the lives of others.

Transformational leaders understand that things don't make men, rather men make things. So, they put their vision and mission in perspective by investing more in the lives and visions of others. They lift other people's vision to higher sights, raise their performances to higher standards and build their personalities beyond limits.
