MISSIONS

Global Missions Campaign
Lead your Group in an experience that will answer the most important question about their life mission – What would God have you do? Understanding your life mission depends on how you answer this question. It was the second question Apostle Paul asked the LORD JESUS CHRIST after his encounter with Him on the way to Damascus (Acts 9:6)
The "What would You have me do" campaign is a seven (7) session video & workbook taught by Pastor RAJI KEMI-RICH. Inspired by his experiences in the field of Gospel missions and the books he wrote. The LIFE Mission curriculum is designed to educate, equip and empower you and your group for God's call to Ministries and Missions.
The "What would You have me do" campaign is done in consonance with the curriculum of the School of Ministries and Missions (SOMM) by LIFE Institute of Biblical Studies -- LIBS

Missions Made Simple and Achievable
Understanding Your Life Mission & the Gospel Missions to Nations
Preparation for Missions
A successful gospel or life mission requires adequate preparations. What you put into it determines what you get out of it. More importantly, what you get out of missions depends on how well you have prepared for it. What you need most are Scriptural and Spiritual preparations. These two are fundamental for you to make the most of your missions.
Problems of Missions
Gospel mission comes with its peculiar problems and challenges. It entails sacrifice for the sent and the sending agents. In the book of Acts, the church of CHRIST in Antioch, being instructed by the HOLY SPIRIT, sent Barnabas and Paul on their missionary journey (Acts 13:1–4). The sense of sacrifice that came into the group was quite enormous.
Purpose of Missions
The purpose of missions is to preach and practice the gospel of the LORD JESUS CHRIST among the nations of the world. A missionary is both a preacher and practitioner of the Gospel of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. He is a co-laborer with others in the ministry and gospel missions. Missions entail people partnering with missionaries to fulfill the great commission.
Power for Missions
The Power for Missions is stated in Acts 1:8, which states, "You will receive power when the HOLY SPIRIT comes on you, and you will be my witnesses for me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." God shows that He is committed to missionaries and their missions by empowering them with the power of the HOLY SPIRIT.
Priority of Missions
The priority of missions is seen in the life and ministry of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. He provides us with the ideal model of mission priority. In HIs sermon on the mountain, He explained that His priority is to propagate the message of God’s Kingdom and expand the frontiers of the Kingdom of God. This priority is imperative for every missionary work.
Pursuit of Missions
The pursuit of a Gospel mission to the World is for the missionaries, their senders, and partners to focus more on the expansion of God’s Kingdom on earth, rather than on their own empire-building and self-aggrandizement. The pursuit of the Kingdom of God shows that we are true followers of CHRIST and we are committed to the Great Commission.
