FAITH IS THE VICTORY

Exercise Your Dominion in CHRIST through the Obedience of Faith

Life's battles and challenges are real, but much more real is the victory that God provided for us through the death and resurrection of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.

Although God wants us who have believed in JESUS CHRIST to walk in the reality of His victory in every aspect of our life, appropriating it will require our faith and obedience. Our victory in CHRIST will not fall on our laps like ripped cherries, it takes the work of faith and usually, it's coming through the good fight of faith. Here is what the Scripture says about the assurance of victory through faith,

Scriptures: 1 John 5:4 (NKJV) “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith." Most people think that they can just claim the victory of CHRIST without walking in faith and engaging in the work of faith. Clearly, the WORD of God tells us that faith is the victory. But then, what is faith in this context?

Faith is simply knowing the will of God in any given situation and doing the will of God. Faith is following the path has God laid out for us in His WORD. Such obedience of faith guarantees victory every time. It defeats and destroys every work of satan 7 days a week, 30 or 31 days a month, and 365 days a year.

The Obedience of Faith

The reason obedience of faith works all the time is because God is committed to His WORD and He performs whatever He promises. He goes ahead of our obedience to make every crooked path smooth for us, bring down every high hill and fill every one of our valleys. He completely perfects everything that concerns us when we walk in obedience to Him.

Let's Pray:

Heavenly FATHER, I thank You for Your WORD. I completely surrender myself to do Your will alone. I lay hold of Your WORD by faith and I declare I have victory in CHRIST. I receive grace to be obedient to You always in JESUS' name. Amen
