DOMINION OVER DARKNESS

The WORD of God explains that the realm of the spirit is real, even more, real than the natural world. It consists of the realm of light, being ruled by the ALMIGHTY GOD, and the realms of darkness, which is dominated by satan.
Most problems that people have in the world are not natural, they are caused by the forces of darkness, who try to invade human lives through lies, deception, and disobedience to God. John 10:10 says, like satan, they come with three objectives; to steal, kill and destroy.

“Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the Kingdom of His dear Son." (Colossians 1:12-13)
The good news is we don't have to give in to their invasion or let them into our space. We can resist them from getting on our spot and cast them out of our lives. We can push back the influence of darkness and send the hosts of darkness back to where they came from, in the name of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
BELIEVERS ARE NOT UNDER THE DOMINION OF DARKNESS
The concept of darkness primarily refers to demons and evil spirits that control the dark region of the lost. The apostle Paul describes them as the prince of the power of the air and the spirit that works in the children of disobedience. (Ephesians 2:2)
When we surrendered our lives to JESUS CHRIST we cease to be under the dominion of darkness. Colossians 1:13-14 states, "God rescued us from dead-end alleys and dark dungeons (the domain of wicked spirits). He’s set us up in the Kingdom of the Son He loves so much, the Son who got us out of the pit we were in, got rid of the sins we were doomed to keep repeating". (Message Bible paraphrased)
THROUGH CHRIST WE HAVE DOMINION OVER DARKNESS
Because of our relationship with God through CHRIST, we have dominion over the forces of evil. We can push back every invasion of darkness around us and extend the frontiers of God's Kingdom on the earth in the name of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
Let us pray,
Heavenly FATHER, I thank You for the freedom that I have in CHRIST. I push back the invasion of darkness in my life and family in JESUS MIGHTY
