DECLARING THE WORD OF GOD

God wants you to live by His WORD and experience dominion, power, strength, and victory by declaring His WORD daily

Scriptures:

"Now when the tempter came to Him, he said, “If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread. But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every WORD that proceeds from the mouth of God." (Matthew 4:3-4) NKJV

When CHRIST was tempted by the devil to turn stone to bread, He refused and said, "man shall not live by bread alone, but by every WORD that proceeds out of the mouth of God shall man live".

It was no big deal for CHRIST to turn a stone into bread since His first public miracle entailed turning water into wine. (John 2:11) However, His action cannot be inspired by a suggestion or an instruction from satan. Every action of CHRIST was informed and inspired by what God says in the Scriptures (Logos) and what He expressly instructs - His Spoken WORD. (The RHEMA Word of God).

One instruction from God, when obeyed, can change our lives forever. Obedience to God is a true expression of our trust in God and worshipping Him. It helps us to get closer to him, prepare for the next level He wants to take us, and grow up in our spiritual awareness and experience.

CREATION CAME INTO EXISTENCE BECAUSE GOD SPOKE

God is the author of life. All of creation came into existence because God spoke. Before He spoke, everything apart from Him was non-existing. But when He spoke, creation was born. Since creation, He has continued to speak. He reveals His purpose and counsel to us by His WORD and expects us to live by and experience dominion, power, and strength through His WORD.

God wants to speak to you about your situation and give you specific instructions on how to solve it. He wants to tell you what you must do to receive His provisions. Where ever you are right now in your journey, He wants to help you hear His voice and know His will.

GOD'S PLANS ARE REVEALED TO US THROUGH HIS WORD

God spoke all things into existence by His WORD. Through the Scriptures and His Prophetic voices, He continues to make His plans and will be known to us. Whatever He desires to carry out on the Earth or in our lives He speaks it, and it is done. It is His way of being, living, and doing.

When He desired light to appear, to stop the chaos and darkness that came on the Earth because of satan's rebellion, He said, “let there be light,” and there was light. He also created the sky, land, seas, vegetation, and all living creatures by His Spoken WORD. (Genesis 1:1-25) Even when He was about to make man, the crown of His creation, He spoke. “Then God said, ‘Let us make man in our image… so God created man…’” (Genesis 1:26-27).

God wants His children to live by His WORD, find strength and courage in His WORD, and always declare His promises. He releases incredible power to us when we declare His WORD. What He spoke concerning us before we were born, He fulfilled for us while we are alive, particularly when we declare them. He said, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you before you were born I set you apart..." (Jeremiah 1:5).

The Greek calls the art of speaking God's WORD "homologeo", which means saying the same thing as God. When we declare what God's WORD says concerning us, God hastens His WORD to perform it in our lives. He empowers us to achieve our dreams and accomplish our goals when we constantly declare His promises and put our faith to work through a corresponding action.

When we declare God's WORD faithfully and act according to His instructions, all kinds of positive things happen to us and every obstacle from the enemy is removed and destroyed in the name of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.

Let's Pray:

Heavenly FATHER, I thank You for Your WORD. I speak Your WORD against all the oppositions of satan in my life. I declare that Your promises to me in CHRIST are Yes and Amen. I decree the Power of Your WORD against all satan’s schemes and pronounce them destroyed in the name of the LORD JESUS. Amen.
