To find the root cause of your family pattern, you must find information about your family history, and more, seek the help of the HOLY SPIRIT to reveal the secret things about your life and family to you. Ask Him to show you events in your life and past generations of your family that led to the problems in your life.

For example, did your parents have failed marriage relationship, they were physically, verbally, and emotionally abusive towards each other. Now, do you observe the same pattern in your relationship with your spouse? When you identify your family's root cause and pattern, you can easily and prayerfully find a way to resolve the problem in your home.

Journey to Change

To identify the roots and patterns of your life and family and resolve the problems you’ve identified, you have to look in five different directions;

Upward, Downward, Backward, Inward, and Outward. Most importantly, you should start looking Upward. When you speak to God about your problems and the adventure you want to embark upon to experience change, He will guide you by His HOLY SPIRIT to find solutions to the rest.
